At its core, The Armor of Truth exists to support workplace mental health, EAP Employee Assistance Support Counselling Services recognising that many individuals carry invisible struggles into their jobs every day. MB Recruitment Australia saw first-hand how stress, trauma, anxiety, and unfair treatment can impact confidence, wellbeing, and employment outcomes. This charity was created to offer strength, education, and support where it’s most needed.
